Delete Your MedGoPlus Account

MedGoPlus respects your privacy and gives you full control over your account and personal data.

You can request permanent deletion of your MedGoPlus account and associated personal information at any time.

 You may request account deletion using any one of the following methods:

1. Open the MedGoPlus mobile app
2. Go to Account → Delete Account
3. Confirm your deletion request
    

If you are unable to access the app, send an email to:

Please include:

• Your registered mobile number
• A request to delete your MedGoPlus account
   

Our team will verify your request and initiate the deletion process.

 Upon successful verification and confirmation, the following data will be permanently deleted:

• Personal profile information (name, phone number, email address)
• Login and authentication credentials
• App usage data linked to your account
• Non-mandatory personal information stored in your profile
   

 Once you delete your account, you cannot re-register with the same mobile number. 

 Certain information may be retained for a limited period if required for:

• Medical record regulations
• Financial or tax compliance
• Legal, audit, or dispute-resolution purposes
   

This retained data is:

• Securely stored
• Access-restricted
• Never used for marketing or analytics
   

After the legally required retention period, the data will be permanently deleted.
