• Accessing pharmacy, diagnostic, nursing, health attendant, insurance, or marketplace services provided through verified third-party vendors.
• Sharing medical information only as needed for consultations or treatment.
   

You may not post, upload, or share content on MedGoPlus that is:

• Medical Misrepresentation: False claims about treatments, medicines, or outcomes.
• Unlicensed Practice: Offering medical services without valid certification and registration.
• Misinformation: Sharing health-related content that contradicts recognized medical guidelines.
• Harmful or Abusive Content: Threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or hateful speech.
• Sexual or Inappropriate Content: Nudity, sexual advances, or exploitation.
• Fraudulent Activities: Identity theft, fake profiles, or misusing another person’s credentials.
• Illegal or Dangerous Activity: Encouraging self-harm, substance abuse, or violating applicable healthcare laws.
   

• Providers must only give advice, prescriptions, or treatments within their certified specialization.
• Providers must maintain patient confidentiality in line with applicable healthcare and data privacy laws.
• Providers are prohibited from soliciting patients for services outside the MedGoPlus platform without consent.
   

• Patients must provide accurate medical history and personal details when requested.
• Patients must not misuse prescriptions, upload fraudulent documents, or request unlawful medical practices.
• Patients must respect healthcare providers and other users, avoiding abusive or exploitative behavior.
   

• Patients may leave reviews about their experiences, provided they are truthful and non-defamatory.
• Fake, misleading, or malicious reviews are strictly prohibited.
   

• Users must not upload or share copyrighted materials, trademarks, or third-party content without permission.
• MedGoPlus may remove content that violates intellectual property rights.
   

• MedGoPlus reserves the right to review, moderate, or remove content that violates this Policy.
• Users found violating this Policy may face actions including temporary suspension, permanent account termination, or legal reporting.
• Violations involving patient safety, unlicensed medical practice, or fraudulent activity may be reported to healthcare regulators, law enforcement, or other relevant authorities.
   

MedGoPlus acts as a technology platform connecting patients and providers. We are not responsible for:

• Accuracy of medical advice or treatment outcomes.
• Content generated by users, including patients and providers.
• Any disputes or consequences arising from user-generated content.
   

We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of MedGoPlus after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Policy.
